Absolutely love our owlet. With my first child we never got one and I had severe postpartum anxiety. I barely slept and it was rough. With our second, he’s used the owlet since we brought him home and I have such peace of mind. It also alerted us that he needed medical attention when he had rsv and his oxygen was too low! I will always recommend owlet to new mamas!

I would give the owlet five stars based on the device itself. However, the app malfunctions ALL the time. Zero stars for the app. With the app being so glitchy (sometimes I can’t turn it off, sometimes I can’t turn it on, most the time I can’t turn off the sock placement alert when it’s not on my baby, etc.) makes me worry my baby isn’t being properly monitored all night.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love the peace of mind it provides, however in order to use the sock the base has to be with in so many feet. So it’s not really travel friendly. I should have done better research on that because I don’t know if I would have purchased the owlet knowing that I couldn’t use it where ever I needed too.

Love the owlet sock, it helps keep our mind at ease when sleeping at night. Our baby is being monitored and this helps us to know baby is okay. We review the heart rate and sleep patterns to better help us understand when baby sleeps best. It’s trial and error but the owlet sock is so accurate. The only downfall is the sock does smell after a lot of wear but we wash it or switch it out.

This is very helpful especially for this new momma-giving me peace of mind that my baby is okay. However, the connection oftentimes is lost randomly which is very frustrating since it signals a loud beeping waking me up and also scaring me to think something is wrong with the baby.
