We love the Sock for the peace of mind it provides, especially as a medical mom. However, we do wish the app was more reliable. Often, the alarm sounds, but there’s a delay before the notification appears on the phone, leaving us uncertain about what’s wrong. When you have a sleeping baby, even a few extra seconds can be disruptive.
It would also be helpful if the app loaded more quickly and displayed deep sleep duration in hours, rather than requiring us to slide across a grid to interpret the data.
Overall, we think it’s a great product, but improving the app’s responsiveness and usability would make it even better.

Since my baby was born I used the owlet sock, I never had a problem with it. Super easy to use and being able to track the heart rate track, O2 and my baby’s’ sleep, it gives me a piece of mind.
