I bought this sock brand new off the website and tried to get it set up. I went through customer support and it was determined that I had a faulty sensor. They sent me a replacement. The replacement sensor is also faulty. I spent so much money on a sock that I can not use on my baby.

Need to return. Defeats its purpose for us and do not feel like its worth it for what it provides and the cost to purchase

Great Customer Service

I was watching my 7 week old grandchild overnight and the parents sent the owlet dream sock to be put on while the baby slept at night. At 9:45PM when it was time to put the baby down for the night, the sock was not working, not connecting and showing up on my app. After many tries and a call to the parents, I decided to use the "Chat" option in the support department. Ms. Dora (Owlet Customer Service) was very patient and understanding and had me up and running within 10 minutes. I appreciated that quick response and quick fix and knowledge of the sock.

No internet connection with the update

Ever since the update to owlet dream I have not been able to connect or the connection will turn off in the middle of the night leaving us with no monitor or sound to listen out for our daughter. My husband and I had no issues with owlet prior to the update to owlet dream. Very frustrating conserving the price you pay not to have a functioning monitor.

I have had two owlets, the old sock and new dream sock, both stopped working just past a year and guess what warranty is only good for a year. Imagine that. Customer service is pretty much useless, they just repeat what the website tells you to do to troubleshoot. Do not recommend.

Biggest waste. Camera NEVER loads. Dangerous when I want to see my baby and have to reload the camera 300 times before it actually gives me a picture.

Reassuring for baby's safety

I started using this sock when my baby was 2 months old, for extra reassurance that she is safe while sleeping at night. I love that I can look at her current status on the app on my phone at any time, and it helps me determine whether she is still sleeping or awake if I am in a different room. I also really like the feature that lets me know how much "deep" versus "light" sleep she is getting, so I can learn more about her sleep patterns. My only real critique is that when I brought it to a different house, it took a while to figure out how to set it up correctly on a different wi-fi and acted a little glitchy. Other than this, great product!

It’s a good product with good purpose. But ours keeps telling us it’s out of range when we’re a foot away from the base. It’s an expensive product for it to not work properly.
