Setup very complicated.

Needed this because our baby has a seizure disorder. Can not even get past the setup process. Base can’t find my WiFi, base won’t connect to phone, reset my WiFi and the base then it’s still not working. Unsure what to do but this was very expensive and seems like a lot of people have this issue. I have tried it on both my android and iPhone. Nothing is working and we can’t get it set up. Very upset and stressed out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I give this two stars because WHEN it’s working it provides a peace of mind but every 2-3 days it stops working and I spend over an hour trying to unpair and pair again, some nights it doesn’t work and I have to give up. I’ve reached out for support because I believe I have a faulty sock and after 10 days I got a generic response back saying I needed to update my iOS…
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Given me such peace of mind. Between my baby learning how to roll over while sleeping and having a medical condition I can sleep again! Only downside have extra socks that hold the sensor on hand. They are very delicate and need to be replaced around every two months. (It could just be I have a pro wiggle bug though lol)

Such a Peace of mind! This Owlet sock is such a relief to have on our baby as we can track all of their sleep insights and vitals, which is further improving our sleep and peace of mind as parents. 10/10 recommend. Easy to use, wash and track on the app.

Overall, this product is great and gives me peace of mind (especially overnight). The sock does occasionally need readjusting if you have a wiggly baby like I do. On one occasion it was reading that my baby’s oxygen level was dropping when really the sock just needed readjusting. That experience led to unnecessary stress, but majority of the time this product helps ease new mom anxiety. Not sure how the design could be changed to address fit issues, but overall I’m very happy with the Owlet sock.

It’s good product, there are issues with the O2 sensor in the sense that’s its not very accurate. The HR monitor is good and is the most useful feature. A big downside is that it is only compatible on 2.4 GHZ wifi network, i had to install a secondary modem for the owlet only as all of my other devices are 5 GHZ. The app has to be quit and restarted often for the data to be updated.
