An absolute necessity for every new parent!

I have used owlet for both of my children over the last seven years. When people ask what you really need for a new baby besides diapers and food, I say only three things are absolute necessities - and owlet is one of them.
As someone who has worked in the 911 and first response system for about a decade, I’ve seen all too much of the horrors of losing a child to sids or other sleep related incidents. While owlet itself may not save your baby, it can give you the peace of mind of knowing that something will alert you so YOU have time to save your baby - and that time is something so crucial, so important in helping your baby.
Whether it’s noticing a trend in oxygen sats dipping at certain times of night, alerts for your baby being uncomfortable and overheated, or not detecting your baby breathing, Owlet gives you the peace of mind of knowing something is watching your baby so you can sleep a little easier. We all know we aren’t getting any sleep those first few months, but if you’re an anxious parent like me, who wouldn’t sleep a wink without knowing something or someone is watching your child, owlet is for you! It’s 100% worth the investment, and I have bought one new every time now.

I enjoy it now, but didn’t work for me when baby was a newborn… not sure if it was because of the sock or because of the Snoo bassinet… it just never worked when she was in there, was always beeping. However now baby is always wearing it and it gives me a peace of mind

The Owlet gives me such peace of mind. I love the app. The only reason I am not giving it. Four stars is because the Bluetooth does not work at a decent range. So even though my baby is sleeping with me in my bedroom, I go to do my nighttime feedings with him in his room across the hall and it is constantly going off saying it is out of range. It wakes up my husband and makes my dogs go a little crazy. I wish the Bluetooth had a wider range
