Recent update ruined sock

The recent update to change to “health notifications” ruined our sock. Previously the battery lasted about 12hrs and after my husband updated it it’s immediately down to about 9. Additionally, we still use this for my toddler due to a health condition but had to re-input her age and weight and the app said we couldn’t use it for her so I took off a year and a pound to get it to function. I paid for the sock and even the app shows a range for o2 and HR beyond 18months so why can’t I use a product I purchased?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We absolutely love the Owlet Dream Sock! At first, we weren’t sure if we would wanted to purchase it, due to the higher price point..but we are so glad that took a chance and bought it. The owlet sock is pretty easy to put on, and is small enough to fit in a footie. The app is very nice and pretty easy to navigate. Overall, we’re very very happy with the owlet sock, and would recommend it to anybody with a baby.
