It’s very reliable however it isn’t compatible with travel. I’ve tried taking it with me and it doesn’t connect to hotel WiFi thus rendering the owlet inoperable for my trip.

I didn’t realize it wasn’t tracking health data for alerts until one month when I got the email about it, and there’s been sometimes when it just will not connect to base but otherwise it’s a great product and I truly cannot sleep without it on my baby at night

Easy to use. Helped ease my first time mom anxiety. My app bugs out and closes why I try to view old readings which stinks. Sometimes owlet disconnects from my wifi age periods of the night unmonitored without notifications which is concerning. Overall, couldn’t sleep peacefully without it.

I’m a first time mom with lots of anxiety and this sock gives peace of mind and helps track babies sleep. We’ve used this sock every night since our baby was born and will be using for any nap that we put him down for as well!
