2021 We originally had been gifted an owlet from my cousin that she used for her little girl. Since it was older it ended up dying on us after about a month or two of use. But our little one was born at 35 weeks and was a NICU baby born with lung problems so I NEEDED an owlet to give me some peace of mind so I went out and bought a new owlet. I know it’s not the same as hospital grade equipment but it helped me sleep at night knowing I had something to monitor my little one while he slept and we could keep track of his oxygen levels at all times. Flash forward to 2024 we use the same owlet sock for our baby girl just for some comfort knowing she’s is being monitored (even though she was not born with any health issues- but was still a preemie)

Love the Dream Sock, App is glitchy at times

The owlet has given me peace of mind and helps me truly rest at night. My one complaint is a glitch with the app. When checking the times that my son woke up during the night, occasionally the slider that tells the time is on the incorrect time and won’t go to the end of the timeline slider bar.

It works as advertised. Measurements seem accurate. No irritation or issues with baby’s skin from the sock. It gives an average for oxygen every 10 minutes vs real time measurements which I didn’t realize. Very happy with this product!

We love the Owlet Dream Sock! We take comfort in knowing that if our baby becomes very uncomfortable or starts having any sort of breathing issues or anything, we will get an alert that is loud enough to wake us up. Thankfully, that hasn’t happened, and hopefully it never will. But it gives us more peace of mind!

Love it! Just minor flaws. Overall, the owlet gives us peace of mind when putting our little one to sleep. We didn’t realize the health notifications are only available after one month, but I’m sure that was something we missed. The device can be a bit finicky. We always get the alert for sensor placement when burping baby which is obviously frequently when feeding a newborn. After snoozing the alert it has a bit of lag time for the device to realize there isn’t actually a problem. I realized this after not repositioning the device and just paused my burping. Can be a bit annoying. Otherwise so far so good.
