One night I didn’t put my baby’s sock on right and he was moving too much in his sleep to where his sock came off and it alerted me within a minute of it being off. The owlet sock is definitely worth it! I put it on my baby every night and it helps with the anxiety of wondering if my baby is okay while he sleeps.

We love the Owlet Dream Sock for checking on baby's breathing/oxygen levels and just to see if she's falling asleep or waking up! My only gripe is how loud the dock is when it's not put on correctly and we can't adjust the volume on it.
