We LOVE our owlet! I can’t even begin to explain the peace of mind that it gives us every night, especially with our baby sleeping in his room & we see him on his tummy face down in the mattress. My quality of sleep has significantly increased since using the owlet and relived anxiety and worry that I didn’t even know I had.

We love the Owlet Dream Sock for checking on baby's breathing/oxygen levels and just to see if she's falling asleep or waking up! My only gripe is how loud the dock is when it's not put on correctly and we can't adjust the volume on it.

It's great at monitoring heart rate, oxygen levels and when babe is awake, light sleeping or deep sleeping! I love that it also has predicted sleep windows. Those have been really helpful with navigating life.
