We love this device. It gives me a lot of piece of mine. So far we have only had one false alarm in nearly three months of using it. The only reason I didn't rate it five stars, is because sometimes it is a little slow on the app.

The owlet sock really saved me during my post partum period. It was great peace of mind for those first few months when we were worrying about our baby’s sleeping. It’s great at predicting future naps too which helped getting a schedule going for our LO. Reads have always been good, we had one false reading once, but overall I’d rather deal with a false reading here and there than consistently monitoring my LO due to my anxiety.

Absolutely love the owlet sock and the peace of mind that it gives me! This is my second child using the owlet with and I would definitely recommend it. Not only does it monitor the sleep trend, sats, heart rate and movement. It also gives you tips and estimates the best times to get your baby down for a nap based on wake windows. This is the reason I feel comfortable having my little sleep in the nursery, so I’m finally getting good sleep and so is he!
