i was so so worried about my baby constantly, making the postpartum anxiety at an all time high. my baby did so good sleeping through the night early on, but i just couldn’t. when i got the owlet sock i was finally sleeping through the night with him.

Peace of mind at night but app isn’t the greatest

I like the product but the app needs upgrading. It is a huge peace of mind when baby is sleeping at night which I love but when I check the app, it takes along to update, there is no refresh button on main screen. The history tab doesn’t show how many times baby wakes up at night, only shows that data during current sleep session. But I do use it every night and I will continue to do so.
