Doesn’t reach far and alarm constantly going off

Do NOT like how it doesn’t reach more than 100ft and is constantly saying “connection lost” and the alarm going off when I’m less than 100ft. away from base. Very frustrating!!

Pros: The owlet has been a huge stress reliever for us when we brought our preemie home. We can get some sleep while knowing she is being monitored and we will be alerted if her oxygen or heart rate drops. Its simple to set up and we like that there are different sized socks.
Cons: Only i am able to connect to the base throught the app and not my husband, no matter how many times we have tried to set it up on his app through my account. This doesnt make it very convenient when he is in the bedroom with her and wants to check her vitals. Also, more recenltly i have had some connection issues happen in the middle of the night.
Overall, it has been a great purchase for us and would use one again if we have another baby.

The Owlet Dream Sock gave me back my sanity! My son was a low birth baby, and I have been terrified of SIDS. With the Owlet, I still wake up to check him, but I know that if his oxygen levels drops or his heart is beating fast I will be alerted. I love how I can see if he is in light or deep sleep and the reports I get after a sleep session.

Sock works great and is very helpful for peace of mind. My only complaints are that it randomly loses connection to the dock when the baby is fine and the app is very slow. For the high price of the sock, I would expect the app to be better. It doesn't show the rundown of the current session until I tab over to the history and then back to the home page. Also for being connected to Bluetooth and WiFi the app is slow in connecting to the sock.
