App and sock need improvement

App is very glitchy and delayed. Base station will randomly have connection issues and will keep going off until I turn it off and turn it on. I can’t adjust notification sensitivity. It doesn’t even reach my room from the nursery
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The sock is great in theory, but the range is very limited and it disconnects all the time. It takes away from the usefulness because it goes off so much, we ignore it or sleep through the alerts. However, moving the base closer to the sock doesn’t make sense because then we can’t see the color of the alert on the base if it’s not in our room. I like the product but it seems like this could be improved.

The owlet gives me so much peace of mind. I am a first time mom and I struggle with anxiety and knowing that if anything goes wrong with my baby I will be notified helps me sleep at night.
