We love the Owlet dream sock for the ease of use and the peace of mind it gives us. I love that it tracks sleep so precisely too. My only regret is not using it sooner. I had it before my baby was born, but for some reason I didn’t use it since she is still sleeping in our room. I randomly put it on one night to see how it worked, and I was blown away by the data it provides. Nowq we use it every single day. We only use it during the night at the moment, but we do use the app during the day to track our baby’s naps. The app is pretty accurate for predicting the next sleep time too, which is pretty cool. All around an awesome product.

Great Product that gives me and my wife peace of mind at night. We had the Owlet Smart Sock 2 with our twins and had to get this one with out 3rd.
Cons:
the reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the app is less detailed than the last iteration and the sounds when ox or HR are out of normal ranges is the same as the sock falling off/no readings. Smart sock 2 had very loud sound and flashed red. may have saved one of my twins when they rolled over and Ox was dropping. I'm worried I may miss this sound when out of the room. But, I guess that is why it alerts your phone also. another small thing is that the sock is foot specific the last one we switched feet every day but this one has to go on L or R depending.

Pro: benefits from the last sock is Wireless charging. (the reason my last smart sock 2 broke) another benefit is the ease to remove and attached the sensor to another sock.

I LOVE the owlet!! The live health readings give me so much peace with my daughter at night, and helps her sleep longer with me not always checking on her as much! We’ve never had any health scares (knock on wood), but it still gives me so much reassurance.

We purchased the owlet sock for peace of mind as our daughter started sleeping through the night. The sleep data is much more accurate than our Nanit! The nanit was not very accurate with catching when she would fall back asleep. There would be large gaps that said she was awake for long periods, id check the owlet and there would be 1-2 more hours of sleep logged per night! And there's not an added yearly subscription fee like the nanit does. Worth the investment!

I was hesitant at first with the product because of the price but I have to say it’s worth every penny. I can sleep soundly at night knowing my baby is constantly being monitored by pulse & oxygen levels. I recommend this product to everyone. It’s easy to use and fits comfortably on my baby’s foot, he does not even know it’s there.
