As a first time mom my anxiety is through the roof. The Owlet Dream Sock helps so much with that anxiety during the night. Before using it, I would lay awake checking that my baby was still breathing, watching and listening. Now I feel confident to let myself fall asleep. Occasionally it will have a hard time reading her levels, which can be a hassle to have to re-adjust the sock in the middle of the night. But with any technology comes error. I am still very happy I purchased this and overall I love it.

We absolutely have loved the Owlet Sock and the peace of mind it provides. I tried to purchase for my June ‘22 baby, but this was right around the time the product was pulled/revamped. I purchased when it was re-released for my Feb ‘24 baby and we have used every day since coming home from the hospital. I love the ease of use and peace of mind this product gives. We have not had any issues with a sweaty or rashy foot from the sock. Highly recommend.

So our son has Pulmonary Stenosis and his oxygen levels when he sleeps were our greatest concern. The Owlet gives us the peace of mind that he is ok when he sleeps and getting enough oxygen. I love that it alerts you not only on the app but also on the base station when something is wrong or his levels drop too low. It not only tracks his oxygen levels but his pulse and his sleep patterns. We can see if he is getting good sleep throughout the night. I can’t say enough good things about the Owlet sock. It’s 1000% worth the investment.
