They're priced like a premium set of earbuds, but connectivity can be troublesome, they have lackluster battery life, and they are only moderately comfortable. The list of features checks a lot of boxes, but design and execution can only be described as below average. I want to like them, and I'll keep using them, but I do so begrudgingly.

Purchased for work and use with Microsoft Teams. Battery Life isn’t great. Have to alternate between left bud and right bud to last the entire work day. But the controls for mute and play and pause don’t work on each bud individually. For example. Mute is only on the left bud. So if the left bud is charging, you miss out on that functionality. Microphone quality isn’t great. People say they can hear my entire life happening in the background. I went back to AirPods even though they aren’t great with Teams, the microphone quality seems to be way better.

I was looking for a new headset that has a slim profile and doesn’t protrude too much on my face and found this as a recommendation. The headset is solid, allowing you to use one piece or both pieces during a meeting. The noise cancellation is good enough for an office setting but I wouldn’t use it in a loud environment like a warehouse. You can use the headset like headphones when you’re not in a meeting. The music quality was what I expected, with highs sounding pretty good, but the bass is just okay (expected for a conference focused headset). I like the case as it has wireless charging available, and is portable to travel around with. Pairing experience with a device is good. I use a combination of the dongle with one device, and bluetooth with another. It can take about 30 seconds for the headset to switch the profile from the previous connectivity style and is worth noting. Putting the headphones back in the case and then reopening the case restarts the pairing process and usually completes. Overall, I like the design of these if you’re looking for a headset that looks seamless while on camera.
