Returned :/

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Key pro for me: that the buds seamlessly switched from music on my phone to teams calls on my computer with the Bluetooth/USB combo
Key con for me: the mic was not noise cancelling—several people asked about my background noise as they could hear it loudly.
Sadly, I ended up returning these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] NOT for VR though, even with dongle there’s a noticeable delay in VR.

Zone True Wireless - Exactly What I Needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds. They have a great battery life and the dual device linking allows me to seamlessly answer a call on my Android phone then when the call is over make a teams call from my laptop without having to switch any hardware. For the next version I'd like to see the sensitivity of the buttons on the earbuds increased as the current ones take a bit of pressure to activate. It would also be nice to have each earbud be independent so I could have one in use while the other is charging, for those extra long calls / meetings. The current software/firmware seems to require the right earbud to be active for the left one to function.

Headphones are great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The audio quality is amazing, and the ease of connection is top notch! No more syncing/connection issues with blue tooth!
Pairing is great and the audio is great, but still uncomfortable. The rubber piece size is fine, the size of the actual device is too big for small ears.
Comfort is decent, connectivity is great, and sound quality is pretty decent. Unfortunately the mic quality is awful in my office space. I get constant complaints of excessive background noise and my mic cutting out from my coworkers. Should have returned.
I have a sales job and I am always on the phone. Currently I do own the Logitech Zone 950 (which is great and love) and even the Logitech G Pro Lightspeed X (also love, mainly for content consumption). These I needed them for on the go. So I ordered them and was excited to use them... well, at first customers were telling me that I sounded super choppy to them while they sounded clear to me. A downer as then I stopped using them. Then I decided maybe my work laptop wouldn't let me update them is needed, installed the Tune app on my phone and also on my personal PC in case that the dongle needed an update as well. I tried again and it seems like the choppiness was gone (or at least I wasn't told anything by customers) but out of nowhere the calls kept muting itself! It was weird, I wasn't doing it and I even disconnected my phone to eliminate that from being a possible issue. At the end, they worked good for what I needed them for about 1-1.5hrs... then got the muting issue. I wish they would work as I bought then cause I need them but seems I can't use them as intended.
On the plus side, they are great earbuds if you want them for that.
