Awesome Ear Buds

Got these as a through work. Started with using them on my phone, fully charged and after updating the Firmware used them while walking during a meeting with no issues, teammates let me know that audio was crystal clear. I tested setting these up on my desktop afterwards and had audio issues when using a USB pass-through but once plugged directly into a USB port on my PC was back to great audio quality. I've been using these for over a month now and am truly impressed with audio quality for calls and music. Also, the ability to transition from desktop to mobile with MS Teams is flawless.

Extremely uncomfortable

Multiple connection issues with my android and my computer. Sometimes it cuts all audio. Not to mention that it is extremely uncomfortable in all sizes.

Not great at all.

Just got them to compare to other brands. While the fit for me is okay and the sound is comparable to others, the use of the button and double taps are not good. Need to press harder than other brands to use the button feature and tapping failed quite frequently. I also had an issue with the mic sitting in and out. And if the volume is a mid-level, just trying to double-tap or press, the mic picks that up and amplifies it. Honestly back to the drawing board don't his one. Happy to be an honest tester for you!

Would not charge after one cycle

I didn't experience the problems others had with connecting. The headset worked fine and the sound quality was great. Returned due to the headset not charging. Customer "support" was useless as they wanted to know about my computer drivers and connectivity to the computer, not the charging issue. I waited a while for these to come out, disappointed the quality is lacking.

Your voice NOT crystal clear - Get Connected. Don't STAY Connected

Wanted to love these earbuds but what a disappointment! Works great if you listen to music or watch a video BUT you can't make a call; Mics is just terrible; Robotic voice, mics cuts in and out; it is painful to use this product to make a call or attend a MS Teams or Zoom video.

Robotic Voice, Mic Cuts In and Out

A lot of the problems stems from connecting to Windows. The audio cuts in and out and i've been told that my voice is very robotic.

Good headphones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound and voice quality are perfectly fine.
There are some issues with the earphones connecting or disconnecting from the dongle on occasion, but other than that they work well.
I’d recommend waiting until they’re on sale, not 100% convinced they’re worth full price.

Zone true wireless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried these for a few weeks now so I could leave a honest review. These earbuds are one of the very few that have an actual mute button on them, which I love. The audio sounds great and battery lasts. They fit and stay in my ears, even when I fall asleep with them in. I have had an update recently and they still connect and work great. Other earbuds I have had before have started acting different after the first update. Quickly becoming my favorite earbuds.
