Not as great as I hoped

I want to love these but - real trouble on how to use with Logidock via bluetooth vs. dongle, some low level buzzing when powered on and connected to mobile -and I cannot figure out the buttons for simple things like mute/unmute

Best earbuds I've used so far.

Pros:
I love them, and they work really well. They are excellent for phone calls, and video calls, and do a pretty good job at filtering background noise. They are also really comfortable and I don't get ear fatigue while wearing them.

Cons:
I wish that the features in the PDF manual were actually accessible. For example, there's no option for the LED indicator lights on the earbuds themselves, so they don't actually blink at all; and the charging case LED lights don't actually tell you what the battery level is, you need to go into the companion app to see that. Etc.
I also wish there was a way to redial your last phone call directly from the earbuds, like a button command for that. That would be immensely helpful.
I also don't hear notification tones in the earbuds when my phone is on vibrate like I would with other earbuds.

Music is great, Teams Audio terrible

I bought these thinking they would be a great solution that would give me great wireless headphones for music and Teams calls. I love everything about them except the Teams call quality. I might have to return them and buy them again once this issue is fixed. They are the perfect format and have all the features I want but I can't live with poor calls for business purposes

so-so, expensive buds.

audio quality is decent. build quality is solid. buttons don’t always respond promptly. anc works well on the speakers. anc is mediocre on the mics. software needs work as well. frequently the buds both don’t wake up properly when removed from the case. charging while in the case is slow. voice transparency doesn’t work well. unsure if i’d purchase again.

Disappointing.

Loses connectivity and others say microphone sounds bad in meetings. Fit is not secure and buttons force you to push earbud into your ear canal. Audio quality and connectivity is not there yet for any Teams TWS earbuds.

Apple AirPod Pro Alternative

I bought these because I hate Apple AirPods. I’ve had two versions and consistently people I talk to state that my surroundings are louder than I am. I use Logitech for my gaming headsets and I consistently receive glowing reviews from my friends that they never hear my TV, my dog, my family, etc. I bought these in hope that the same mix quality I have on Logi gaming headsets, that I’d have on the True Zone Wireless. It’s true. The mic is what you expect from Logitech. The quality I experience and whoever I’m talking to is exactly what you want. These are great pods. The only downside is that you sometimes have to wait a minute (wow a whole 60seconds) for your phone (I have an iPhone) to recognize that you’re trying to use a Bluetooth device. I know the intention for these pods is to be for business meetings and such but I use them for everyday use. I’ve got a codependency thing with my bestie and we basically are on discord call all waking hours, doesn’t matter if I’m home, the gym, walking my dog, or grocery shopping. They don’t fall out and everyone always hears me more than my surroundings.

I really like these ear buds, using them with Microsoft Teams is great. The sound is clear, and I really like how easy it is to mute from the ear bud (and the mute button on the left bud does toggle the mute button on the screen, so people can see when you mute regardless of how you do it). There are a couple really annoying things. 1. The case is very made of a slick material but the case is firmly shut, so it's not easy to open the case. Sometimes it pops out of my hand when trying to get it open because because it's so slippery. I like that it's not easy to open, so if you drop it with the ear buds inside they wont fall out, but it would be great if there was better texture to the case. 2. You can only mute with the left ear bud. The buttons on the ear buds are programable, but there is no mute option for the right one. I sometimes only wear one, and prefer to wear the right one only, but I really like the mute button, so I have to wear the left one only.
