Great features and decent quality

I like the dock charging so much because it is not only convenient but also can serve as a storage place for the headphone. Its sound quality is decent enough that it can fully immerse me in whatever I'm doing. I actually got startled by people once. I also appreciate its adjustable size feature, which is designed pretty awesomely as the whole thing can come apart. Comfortable to wear for my size L head

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally found an every day gaming headset in the Rig 800 Pro HS. It so extremely comfortable thanks the cushy ear pads, adjustable head band, and relative light weight. My old set had a traditional metal slider hidden in a hard plastic band and this design is much better in terms of comfort, weight, and appearance. The subtle carbon fiber pattern on the ear cuffs is cool without being tacky. I also really like the adjustable goose neck style microphone. Other headsets have limited adjustability, whereas the one on the 800 pro offers almost infinite options. Of course it also has the flip down/flip on/off functionality. Pairing is easy—you can either go the Bluetooth or RF route. Personally I like the RF option as long as you have the spare USB port. Speaking of USB, the charging cradle might be the best part. First, the cradle provides a great place to store the headset when not in use and to simulate noisily charge it. Second, RF dongle can be plugged directly into the cradle so you only use a single USB port for charging and connectivity. The audio quality is top notch and the people I have spoken to with the mic say I sound great. The headset is just awesome overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headset is great! First of all, it's VERY comfortable. I work from home and I spend my day on video calls in a noisy household, so it's very important that my headset is comfy. I have worn this for 6+ hours straight multiple days in a row and have been very pleased with the fit. My husband has also borrowed it and it fits his giant head very comfortably too.
Set up was super easy for both PC and the PS5. We even tested it on the switch and it worked great! The sound quality is nice and it does a good job of filtering out background noises when speaking through the mic.
The overall build is sturdy, but comfortable. I love the charging dock too! My only complaint is that it still uses micro-USB to charge. If it had USB-C, it would be perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The RIG 800 Pro HS Headset is the best headset I've used in my 18 years of gaming! Right out of the box, you can see the superb quality, and setup was simple. It did take awhile for the initial charge, but it was worth it, because the battery lasts seemingly forever! I've been known to game for hours at a time, and the headset was so comfortable I even forgot it was there at times. All of these features are great, but it's truly the sound quality that sets this headset apart from the rest! The sounds were so clear and crisp, and the overall tone was very appealing. The microphone was great, as well. Other gamers I was playing with made a comment how my voice stood out from everyone else's and it sounded like I was in the room with them - Can't beat that! Highly recommend this headset!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are so lightweight and sound quality is the best I’ve had. The mic isn’t bulky or in the way. When I turn it to mute is actually mutes unlike others I’ve tried! I really like the charging base , it’s not to big and fits perfectly on my night table. Flexible and I don’t see these breaking at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love these headphones! My husband and I game in the same room. We play an online game together and it often requires a mic to communicate with the other members of our group. We have tried every set of headphones we can find and there is always an interference. We had to use one set that one of us would have to talk loudly to get picked up from across the room. With these headphoes, the 800 pro HS for the playstation 4, it cancels out extra noise. If it gets too loud you can lift the mic which mutes it but still allows you to hear other group members. It has a comfortable fit and fits firm but not too tight.

I love that they have their own charging doc and are pretty fast to charge on it. As of right now I can say that they are pretty durable with little kids.
