Great sound and super comfortable!

First off they are really comfortable! The adjustable frame, cushioned headband and isolated earcups make for a headache-free, custom fit.
The base station serves as a charger, a stand and provides wireless connection given the removable USB adapter is inserted. You can also the plug the removable USB wireless adapter directly into your devices. Alternatively, the headset can be charged by the micro USB cord included in the box.
The powerful 1800 mAh battery takes 7 hrs to fully charge and lasts up to 24 hours. I keep them on the base most of the time and haven’t had any “low battery” notifications yet.
The 3D audio paired with 40 mm drivers delivers clear sound and gives you an immersive experience.

I’m still figuring out the mic settings, using the “Mic monitor level” and not breathing too hard on the mic. Everyone has said they can hear me crystal clear though and the flip-to-mute mic is a great feature.

Decent headset for gaming and streaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since it arrived I’ve been using it for gaming and steaming mostly. The best thing is it’s charging stand. It’s not bulky and you can place the headset and remove it without any hassles. The connection is great. There are a couple control dials and a button on the headset that give you quick control of the setting. I’m happy with the sound quality and it provides some noise blocking. The fit is on the tight side. The only complaint I have is the size adjustment mechanism on the band. Instead of sliding you have to snap it on and off.

800 PRO HS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this rig 800 PRO HS I’ll start by saying that these are one of the most comfortable headsets that I’ve used at this price range. I’m conscious that that varies from user to user, but for some perspective I have the Hyper X Cloud stinger core which hurt my ear after around 45 minutes of usage. These headphones are comparable to my SteelSeries 7X in the comfort department. I can easily use them for longer sessions without the soreness. I also like a lot the way the height of the headset is adjusted, it has 3 different levels of adjustment, no straps or Velcro which I appreciate.
I believe the sound levels and acoustics are pretty good, coming from a non-audio expert, I was able to play on my PS5 and PC, all bass and treble levels were good, and the sound was rich and great for my gaming purposes. I understand these are not 7.1 headphones but for the price I really enjoyed the quality they provided.

Love my RIG!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] And sound this is the best headset I have ever owned. First of all the battery life is amazing and even better than what they advertise. I got over 24 hours because when I forgot to put it in the charge/holder and the next day I was still able to play another 12 hours. The other thing I really love is how light and comfortable it feels around my head especially my ears. I have big ears so some of the headsets that I have start bothering me after two hours this one I don’t even feel late when I’m playing all day. Tell the great part was connecting to my PS five work without any issue it was plug and play and can’t go wrong with it. Love everything about it really recommend it give it a shot!

Mic i guess

Bought this 2 days ago and i cant say that they are much of a step up from the original 800HD's. The audio quality is good but i like the original much more and its easy configurable even without the Dolby access program which I despise because of how bad it makes the audio. Then the big problem with these is a buzzing sound only in the right earcup, I've never had that issue on the originals but it gets louder the longer I don't play something on Spotify or YouTube whatever. And then the other annoying thing is the power button that needs to be held for a about 3 seconds to start which was not in the standard 800HD's where that ones had a switch which was much simpler and better. The only good thing is the mic is a bit better and the charging dock station.

if you can get the 800HD's somewhere then get them instead..

Lightweight, adjustable, and good sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headset is wireless and requires a USB dongle to connect to a device. It worked flawlessly with my Playstation as well as PC. I was only able to test the range to about 65-feet, but at the range, there was no static, disconnecting or anything of the sort.
The charging station has an LED light. When the unit it charging, it shines red. When complete, it turns off. So there's no worry of an annoying perpetual light after the headset is charged which is great! The charging station connects via USB.
The headset itself is very light weight, which makes it very comfortable to wear for long periods of times. The ear muffs are also cloud soft! After 3hrs of wearing them, I completely forgot I was wearing them and attempted to touch my ear only to be surprised when I felt plastic.
The headset has simple controls. A volume knob, a microphone toggle knob, and a power on/off button. The microphone is enabled/disabled when raised and lowered. Fold the microphone into the headset and it disables the microphone, pull it down and it enables it.
Upon turning the device on, you get an audible notification stating the battery level followed by whether or not it's connected.
The headset is adjustable. The headband strap can be removed and is also elastic. Each ear muff has 3 possible positions but the muffs cannot swap sides. The microphone is also permanently attached and not removeable.
Sound quality is good, not great, but definitely good enough for most. If you're an audiophile, I would look elsewhere. The headset is NOT noise canceling, so background sound can be heard.

Great headset for PC and gaming console

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headset fits so comfortably and for an extended period of time when gaming. I’ve tried other brands and they always end up getting uncomfortable when wearing, these DO NOT! They are the best! They fit so comfortably and are adjustable.

Can’t hear

Sound quality is good, but the volume is quiet. I have hearing issues and would like if the volume could go higher. My previous headset was great, but this feel like it’s got a low threshold for volume change.
