[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the most comfortable head I have ever owned. But it does not stop there. The sound quality and surround sound are amazing as well. I can have these on my head for hours without having to take them off because them making my head warm, we all know the feeling. Anyway, give RIG a try as some of the main brands that make headsets for years cannot hold a candle to this one. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

So been running 700hs for a couple years loved them. So I upgraded to the 800pro hs to have the dock. But to connect and have the game sound I have to manually connect in ps settings where my old ones I can just turn it on and good to go. The 800’s connect and mic works but there’s no game play sound. I’m hoping it will work better on my ps5 when it gets here.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this headset for gaming on my PS4. It has been fantastic. It has great audio quality on the microphone, and the sound quality is also excellent for both online play and also just for listening to the gameplay. I’ll also use it sometimes with my computer for gaming, chatting on Discord, or watching videos which works perfectly. They fit comfortably around my head, and the battery lasts a long time. I also like how they look, and I’m overall delighted with this headset. I would highly recommend it!

Had for a couple months and have been playing around with settings. Nothing has helped, everyone I play with says that it sounds like I’m talking into a box fan.

I have spent hours trying to get the mic to work on these and they just wont do anything. my other headset works fine so I know it's not a ps settings issue
