Excellent sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this gaming headset the sound is crystal clear and my voice can be heard easily with the mouth piece. I love that it comes with a charger that makes it easy to charge it up and have it set up out of the way. To me it seems pretty big but I have been used to wearing only one small earpiece but these are definitely nicer they help block out any noise going on around you.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headset has excellent sound. The highs, mids and lows are all on point as expected. There is absolutely no delay in sound. Easy connection to PS4/PS5. Long lasting battery life for extended play. The only thing that I didn't like was adjusting the ear muffs myself. It would've been better if it was already adjustable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comfortable to wear for those long gaming sessions and a great audio experience with in-game sound and chat audio. When chatting with friends, you have 3 levels of mic audio available, mic control is available on the left can, top right on a wheel that turns halfway up and down, with a slight tactile feel for the middle level. Overall volume is controllled in a similar way, though the wheel spins continuously up+ and down- with a tactile feel as the wheel scrolls up or down. The charging base is nice as it helps store the headset as it charges (can also charge the headset while using with included micro USB port). The headset is well built, quality materials help deliver a premium product, though I do wish they would have gone with USB C instead of the outdated micro USB.
Overall, an awesome headset delivering a great audio experience for gameplay and chatting with friends.

Awesome headset!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I received the RIG 800 PRO HS headset a few weeks ago and absolutely love it! It came well packaged and is a solid sturdy piece of equipment. It was easy to set up and my husband was able to use it almost immediately. My only complaint is now I never see him!!

Greater Starter-Level Headset!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The RIG 800 PRO Headset is a value package if you're not too familiar with headsets for gaming. As for myself, I'm not even a gamer, but often find myself on podcasts, Microsoft Team meetings, and Discord serves, conversing with different people on a range of topics. I found the RIG 800 set to be an excellent value add to my experience. The headset itself is well-constructed but very light. I was actually really skeptical about them when I noticed how light they were, but it's definitely more to its benefit! I also really love the charger base, it's compact and the headset seems to snap into place for easy charging using only a USB cord. I found the audio quality to be great, nothing exceptional but certainly well suited for my use purposes. I did find that after an hour of wearing them, my ears began to hurt, but fortunately they do have size adjustments for comfort. Another major let-down was the fact that these headphones DO NOT have Bluetooth connectivity! What a shocker, as I would've thought BT connectivity is a basic staple. Instead, we're left to use a USB wireless adapter, probably the reason why this headset only works with PS4/5 instead of being platform agnostic. Personally, there was also some confusion with even powering the headset (pro tip: press and hold the button until you hear "The Voice") as well as if the headset is fully charged. Otherwise, I do believe these to be of good value.

They work with both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 which is awesome. The sound quality is excellent, as well as the mic. Any gamer would be proud to use these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this headset a couple of weeks ago but haven't had a chance to review it yet. It gets very loud but not overpowering, very clear. I had no issues with the headphones or mic, all clear as day. Watching movies with them is like wearing a surround sound system on your head, you can hear every sound even footsteps in the leaves. Very impressive with two thumbs up.
