Awful Stove Top

I've had this stove for less than a month and already had the top replaced. The first time I cooked on it the top had big white spots on it. Had it replaced and the first time I cooked again another white spot. Talked to customer service and they said this is normal. I've never had this happen before to ceramic cook tops. I've had a few. If this is normal, the top is going to look horrible in a couple of months. Not normal for regular cooking to cause white spots on the top. Customer service sent me a cleaning kit...exactly what I had a home to clean. You cannot clean defects like this. They suggested I get someone to clean the top...quite capable of cleaning! Very disappointed with this stove and with the customer service! Quite expensive stove and for this to be happening is completely unsatisfactory!

painted dots on cooktop make it look dirty

The small painted dots on the ceramic cooktop that define the element size will drive you nuts! We are constantly wiping it down because it always looks like there are crumbs on it (sometimes there are). Everything else about this stove we love - especially the industrial design of the front. We are disappointed every time we use this range for this reason only,

Elements will cycle on and off as needed to provide consistent temperature but may run slightly hot or cool at any point in time due to this cycling. The oven provides accurate temperatures; however, it may cook faster or slower than your previous oven, so the temperature can be adjusted to personalize it for your cooking needs. Best Buy Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned a stove top that maintained such great heat control. Love the "proof" feature. The convection feature is a bakers dream. Even my son commented that it can even make a frozen pizza taste good.

All are working for now.
Issue with fridge is that we already had it repaired once already and it makes a brief grinding noise some times.
Stove - oven takes a long time to preheat and the top where the control board is has many scatches on the stainless steel even though we are very careful with that area.
Dishwasher works well and very quiet.
