Great new features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the warming element, ultra even heat element, steam baking tray, and one extra large element for home canning. Also the”proof” oven temperature is great. My previous Kitchenai stove still worked well after 16 years of use and is still working without any servicing. Good value and quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it in January and compared to my old one it's not so good. Preheat time is longer and the oven temperature is so so. The top is fragile, easily scratched and hard to clean.

The oven does take additional time to pre-heat due to the increased sizing of the oven. We would recommend utilizing the convection feature when using your appliance to provide for the best even heating within your oven. Brand new oven not working properly

The brand new oven (ykseg700ess2) keeps showing this F8E0 code that indicates the cooling fan speed too slow. I searched and found out this is a very common issue with many buyers. I cannot believe this happens to a brand new oven!
I am a big fan of Kitchenaid and all my home appliances are this brand but I am really disappointed by this oven. I deserve a better explanation.

Nice but not quality, expected higher finish

came in with a poor finish on the knob, fine scratches on the middle corner of the front of the stove. stove door had a weird finish smear that looked like drops of liquid in the production process. i would add a photo but doing it on a computer takes too long. brand new, not a showroom display model. i expect it to be flawless for this kind of money. should have bought a miele but wanted to complete the kitchenaid kitchen with kitchenaid EVERYTHING. if kitchenaid doesn't step up i think my other house will be full on miele appliances with german branded coffee makers, toaster, toaster oven, mixer, blender, etc etc etc
