Slow to heat up and glass top scratches easily

It takes forever to preheat the oven. My old oven even had a cracked glass window and it heated up in half the time. The burners also take really long to boil a liter of water (10 minutes+). The glass top scratches very easily. My old oven had a glass top and we had it for 20 years with barely any noticeable scratches. This one is only a few months old and it already shows signs of wear on the cooktop. Very unsatisfied with this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the stove to replace my older kitchenaid model with the high back. Like the slide in range with the dials in the front. The burners boil water quicker than the older stove which is nice. Looking forward to using the water tray to clean it. The bottom drawer was not working but the repair person is bringing the replacement parts when he comes to fix the new Kitchenaid fridge that I also bought.
The fridge is a 33 inch french door model. The internal water dispenser leaks right out of the box and the lid on theeat tray falls off easily. BAD ENGINEERING is unacceptable. The plastic pins need to be one quarter inch linger on each side to stop it from falling off. How hard is that to figure out?
One of the clear plastic shelves falls out when Amy weight is put on it. Another replacement part to come before Christmas I hope
