Great Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new range. Heats fast and accurately. Bakes evenly. My only quibble would be the self-clean. I understand that the high heat is hard on the oven but the steam clean doesn't really work that well. Also a user guide (without going on-line) would have been useful.

Kitchenaid range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the purchase of our stove. This was to complete our set of kitchenaid appliances. The stove top heats up very quickly. Cleans up well and has a wide range for different size pots which is very handy. Still learning the power of the elements they are very powerful!. The oven is nice. Heats fairly quickly. This is our first convection oven. Again a learning curve but excited to learn and cook/back some.wonderdul meals to come..

Bad Service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this end of November 2023. Delivery was Dec 5th. The range was sparking called Trail and they passed it on to their safety department. Took them about 10 days before someone contacted us. Second delivery came Dec 28. Upon arrival prior to acceptace the range had broken knobs and back plate. Due to holidays no one got back to us till after Jan 3rd, 2024. New delivery date was Jan 21, 2024. The range came with a dent at the bottom on the side which prevented the bottom drawer. Back they go without delivery. Now 2 months and NO Range. Let’s see what transpires next. Whirlpool is a big company but will not send us a new range. They could easily issue a RA# to any company and we would have a range but refused. STILL WAITING LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT…………
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smart looking, smart performing

but I'm having difficulty getting used to the black ceramic top (my former
stove had a white top) and the stainless top front border. I can't get the
stovetop cleaned after spillage/splatters and the stainless top border is already
scratched, fearing this will only get worse. Love the large oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stove delivered Jan. 30/24 with large 'ding' in the back and visible finger prints BETWEEN the glass door panels. Workers should wear cotton gloves! Received replacement stove Feb16/24. Condition good.

Range designed for everybody

I can feel that cooking is better and tastier. Also, cooking is fast that saves time and convenient. The most important aspect of the range is its look and the way it is designed. very elegant looking and daily maintenance is quite simple. I love this product.
