Zen clean look. Not too many blings

When I called to schedule a service repair, the gentleman says to me “what sounds do you hear”? Lol… we all laughed when I made him hear the recording of the sound.
A service repairman is scheduled tomorrow. The day after my call.

Terrible

The cook top is fine. The oven takes half an hour to reach 350 degrees. Customer service sucks i’ve been waiting for 2 months to get repair or refund don’t buy that brand it sucks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Kitchen Aid Electric Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stainless is thin and cheaply made compared to the 20 year old fridge I replaced. They are made to be disposable which is not good for the environment or my bank account.

A Good Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a much older KitchenAid model and am pleased with both the stovetop and oven and the way they perform. My only complaints would be the incredibly small drawer under the oven which holds very little and heats up a lot when the oven is on, and the white dots which they used on the black stovetop surface indicate the various burners as it always looks like the stovetop has crumbs on it. Other than that, a great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am okay with this range but the oven takes longer to reach the required temperature than it should. When the sensor indicates the oven temp is at 350F it actually takes about 10-15 minutes longer. When I first got the stove the oven did not work. The technician found that the wires behind the front control panel were not connected!
The element indicators need to be more visible than just tiny dots. The bottom drawer is flimsy so wouldn’t put anything heavy in it. I think a stack of plates might bend the drawer or pull it off the runners.
