Oven is quite slow to preheat
Range elements are exceptionally hot compared to my last kitchen aid range

30" 5-Element Electric Slide-In Convection Range

Sleek. Quiet. Great Looking Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was using a cooktop and wall oven for the last twelve years and when I started using this range, I could not believe the performance difference. The fan in the convection oven is super quiet, and the stovetop elements heat up quickly and are extremely accurate.

Efficient and a lovely appearance

Great stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we love our stove. Elements in the stovetop heat up very quickly which is great. Only complaint would be the outside of the stove gets very hot to the touch which is a concern with small children. Just have to be extra careful.

Lots of problems - don’t buy this range

I received this range 8 months ago and wrote a review previously called “Warning - timer tone beeps once and very low.” I got a canned response to email kitchenaid with more details. I did and never heard back.
Now, 8 months later, the ‘hot burner’ light indicator won’t turn on. I made a service appointment and was told that the repair may not be under warranty. This is unsettling as the range isn’t even a year old, and I purchased a 4 year extended warranty. I’m holding out hope that this is covered but will be extremely disappointed if it’s not. Moreover, the front left element with the three-size burner scorches food even on simmer with the smallest burner size. What’s the point of the burner? It should be called 3 ways to scald and scorch your food. Very disappointed Kitchenaid- poor product + poor customer service = failure on all levels. Don’t waste your hard-earned money on this range!

Dependable and beautiful
