Worth Considering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new range and am appreciating it more every day. Initially, I wasn’t impressed with the performance of the stove top burners, finding I couldn’t get them to maintain a low heat (no problems with high setting). Since then, I have found out that two of the burners are designated as low-heat burners and they work very well. Maybe I missed something in the Owners Manual, but I would have preferred to have known this from the outset. I am very happy with the convection oven and find the Easy Convect feature very useful. So far, I find the quality to be excellent. I haven’t had issues with stove top cleaning/etching other reviewers have reported (I use a Maigic Eraser and ceramic stove top cleaner every couple of days). Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

Not worth the Money

This range was purchased as part of a whole home reno. It looks good but its functionality is terrible.
My wife and I are good cooks and have had Kitchen aid appliances (among others) in our homes without issue so we decided to go with another. BAD CHOICE.
Issue 1 - The cooling fan was replaced under warranty the first month. Thankfully the claim process was straight forward so we're thankful for that.
Issue 2 - The oven (even after calibration) takes 23-25 minutes to get to 400 degrees which is a ridiculously long time to wait.
Issue 3 - The upper elements DO NOT keep a consistent temperature so unless you are standing over your pots/pans while cooking food WILL burn.
Issue 4 - The touch control to set a timer is clumsy and not intuitive.
