[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only criticism would be that the sound feature indicating the end of timer set for cooking is very low....my other range had a one minute warning & then beeped 3 times when done. Other than that I love all the features.

Not worth the Money

This range was purchased as part of a whole home reno. It looks good but its functionality is terrible.
My wife and I are good cooks and have had Kitchen aid appliances (among others) in our homes without issue so we decided to go with another. BAD CHOICE.
Issue 1 - The cooling fan was replaced under warranty the first month. Thankfully the claim process was straight forward so we're thankful for that.
Issue 2 - The oven (even after calibration) takes 23-25 minutes to get to 400 degrees which is a ridiculously long time to wait.
Issue 3 - The upper elements DO NOT keep a consistent temperature so unless you are standing over your pots/pans while cooking food WILL burn.
Issue 4 - The touch control to set a timer is clumsy and not intuitive.

We have owned many homes with many nice appliances but this Kitchen Aid range ranks amongst the worst. The only reason it 2 stars rather then 1 is because it looks good when not being used.
