NEVER IN STOCK

I bought the fridge in september and got a free panel promo but the panels are never in stock. I don't understand why give out the promo showing like 10 different colors when nothing is in stock.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With the glass on the fridge it makes for a fun product but even more so this product makes for a fun kitchen, aestheticly speaking. The fridge shows the temperature in a good spot. I see the temperature as soon as I open the door. I just love this product. It's just a cool product.🤩

Misleading offer - panels never in stock

Like many others I bought the fridge with the intention of changing the panels to some of the more interesting colors. First the offer would not go through via the online system so I had to do two very long chats with the promotions department. It took WEEKS to get this approved…only to find out that basically the only colors available are stainless steel and little else? What’s the point?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing Samsung Offer

5/15/2024 -- We purchased a Bespoke 3 door fridge that Samsung offered a special to receive the 2 top panels and 1 bottom panel in a color of our choice.
In good faith we purchased the Bespoke 3 door with the understanding that we would be able to exchange the panels for a color of our choice
5/29/24 - We received 1 top panel and 1 bottom panel in navy steel blue.
6 months later - we are still waiting on the missing top panel in navy steel blue.
We have reached out to Samsung weekly to check on the status of our missing panel --- only to be informed that the top panel is not available in navy steel blue.
We don't understand why Samsung wasn't able to assist us in locating the missing panel?
We purchased the Bespoke 3 Door fridge only to be able to change the panel color --- Samsung misrepresented the offer and hasn't worked on a resolution.
