This stainless steel panel is nothing but a problem. Easy to scratch during the cleaning. Fingerprints are always visible. Very easy to dent. Very thin metal with no backing. In the car terms - LEMON!!! AND NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY! DO NOT BUY!!! Samsung does not stay behind their product. Class Action suit should be filed based on the quality of these panels.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

FREE PANEL OFFER SCAM

We purchased this refrigerator for the Customization ability and the ALLURE of the free 4 panels offer only to be STILL not able to find availability of them!!!! You advertise this “CUSTOMIZABLE REFRIGERATOR” and throw in a free panel offer only to not make good on it. We have an approval for the offer and a Certificate number to redeem but what good is that if there is NO AVAILABILITY. I agree with another customer who believes this is a SCAM and FRAUDULENT and that the availability of these panels will not be until the offer expires. Keep in mind my refrigerator is QUITE expensive as I purchased the full screen tablet with AI. I will be registering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as Consumer Affairs in regards to this matter and will point out to both the list of other customers you have done this to as well. UNACCEPTABLE!

Very limited availability of panel colors. Other stores have the colors but Samsung doesn't. The promo to get the free panels can only be used in one transaction. Extremely inconvenient.

They are so full of it! They offer the Panels Rebate, then discontinue all of the appealing colors. I wouldn't be surprised if once all of the rebates reach their expiration dates, all of the nice colors just so happen to "magically" reappear, along with a hefty price tag on them, now that they are no longer obligated to give them away for free as promised.. -this is MY "opinion".

Panels offer is miselading

I purchased the fridge due to the panels offer in September of last year. It has been a year and my reward is expiring and I was forced to chose the colors I never wanted. During the last 12 months they never had any of the colors advertised. Sigh was mislead to spend 3K on a fridge we don't even like the look of

I feel like i was scammed :(

Like many of the other people writing reviews I feel like i got scammed into buying this fridge with the expectation of being able to replace the panels with cool colors only to find that the promo took months to get approved and then they ran out of stock. Ugh.
