Nice Ease of Use- A lot more water-fill trips

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ease of use to just turn on and off and water/formula layout is great for my 6yr old son to be able to shampoo carpets as a chore (which he loves shampooing). However, I do miss my Bissell ProHeat 2X Upright for the customizable cleaning where I could select the traffic conditions or do only water. I also miss the formula only tank. The Lift-Off unit would be much better if you could still put the formula in a separate tank to have less a hassle at water fill since the water tank is very small. I can't shampoo one small kids bedroom with one tank where my Pro-Heat 2X Upright (not lift-off) could do 1.5 bedrooms or half a living room-heavy traffic multiple passes.

This is our 2nd Bissell carpet cleaner. wore the 1st one out. this one kicked butt on our carpets. very pleased with it's cleaning ability. I would recommend to anyone for purchase. our carpets got too bad and needed a good cleaning, long story short. did our stairs too. too bad the hose wasn't longer , but we made due.
