Need Replacement PARTS for the HOSE!

Great machine but the hose was the first to go. After wrapping it with duck tape several times to keep it together, I finally had to trim off some of the plastic, then rewrap it. Its basically useless for spots or the upholstery. Love the commercials where the owner gets on and touts how great these machines are but in reality they are not so. So purchase at your own risk.

Poor design, hard to clean, small supply tank

Tank only large enough for a small area, about 5 minutes of water. To empty the dirty water, poor design hard to get dirt from bottom of tank

Wouldnt purchase again

ive only had this carpet cleaner for litter iver a year ,maybe used it 10 times (little spot cleaning and 2-3 full room jobs) and i always noticed the bristles never spun or it barley had suction. But it still did the job until just recently it has no suction (looked into what may be causing it like a clog of anything ,nothing) the bristles dont spin anymore and the lift off machine hose is about ready to fall off due to the hose being cheap and the holster makes your pull the hose so tight causing it to rip. And after a few uses even after washing all the hoses out and allowing water to be pumped through IT REAKES !I will never purchase another Bissell .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looking for a different brand after 2 Bissell's

This is my second 2-in-1 Bissell carpet cleaner in 10 years. We've always thought that the first one was broken because it wouldn't suck all the water up and I'd have to use a fan to dry. So we bought a new one (same kind just newer model) but it doesn't suck up the water either! Barely any water was in the reservoir even after using all of the clean water/soap canister. I've been cleaning carpets for 20 years...I know what I'm doing and we won't be getting Bissell anymore!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this to be awesome! Light weight, easily to move about. I was able to use it to get into every nook and cranny I found. I do not see this following as a negative when doing a weight comparison: I'd like the cleaner tank to be somewhat larger... though at 6'3" and 230 lbs this would be expected, as to not need to fill it so often. However, my wife is average height and slender, and she has told me that the size/weight of the full tanks are "As near perfect for her" as they could possibly be. Summary? Awesome machine, well engineered, and more than capable of lifting the worst of the dirty traffic areas of carpet! The suction of the machine is simply "Outstanding," and I give it a 4.0 rating (military talk) of five and a half (5.5!) stars! In essence, that water and cleaner solution applied to the carpet is removed in almost its entirety, to the point that just placing a floor fan across the carpet for increased 'dry' time has the carpet dry in a ridiculously short and unexpected amount of time. Simply put: a most pleasant and pleasingly efficient machine to own.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used this over and over again since i bought it. I've used it on the carpets in my home and the multiple vehicles I've flipped recently. Combine a small amount of oxi-clean and this machine and you have yourself a cleaning powerhouse. My favorite thing about it is that it requires almost no pressure to pick up all the water. First pass gets 99% of all the moisture and the last pass with a slight amount of pressure added gets the rest. All other carpet cleaning wands I've used in the past you have to almost put your whole weight on to get what the Bissell pro-heat lift away gets one the first pass. Also the wand is small enough to get in any tight spot i need to when cleaning vehicles, making the interior look brand new! #sweepstakes
