This unit replaced an older Bissell cleaner. The operation of this cleaner is very easy. Use the professional fluid or double the dosage of standard Bissell cleaning solutions. One major difference is the elimination of additional wet passes with water. This unit has two brush heads; you can see the cleaned path immediately. I appreciate the heating unit in base as opposed to my older (in handle) plumbing. The washer nozzles can easily be checked and cleaned. You do need to keep a visual on the rear tank, ensuring adequate cleaning solution.

I've been flipping a lot of vehicles lately so, combining a small amount of oxi clean and this amazing machine, I can bring the interiors of vehicles to look like new again! It also has gotten rid of a lot of pesky stains that the spot remover couldn't handle, although I'm sure it was more so my lack of prep work. Another thing I love about this is that 99% of the moisture in the fabric is picked up on the first pass, WITH NO EXTRA PRESSURE! unlike most other carpet cleaners where you have to press really hard to get all of the remaining drops on pass 3 or 4. With the Bissell pro-heat, the moisture is gone in 2 light pressure passes, that's it. You'll get everything you pay for and then some. I absolutely love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine about 2 weeks, I bought it because my Dog peed on the sofa, it was so easy to detach the lift away part to make cleaning the couch fast and easy. In fact it was so simple that I wen ahead cleaned the entire sectional, then put the machine back together to do all the floors in our home . I've used it several times in the last 2 weeks on simple spills & entryway foot traffic. Not super loud , I don't mind it being a little heavy considering it's size and power
