We have three dogs which makes for some messes on our carpet. The cleaner did an amazing job on those spots and our heavily traveled areas. My husband did not think this cleaner would be able to clean as well as the professionals we had previously. He was amazed. It actually looked better!

Hi Andrew - this cleaner uses our HeatWave technology which helps to maintain the temperature of the clean water in the tank. We recommend using hot but not boiling or microwaved boiling tap water in the cleaner.

I am a former buyer of dyson vacuums. Bissell vacuums clean my floors,and carpets far better than any other vacuum at a much affordable price.
