This machine did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet in my living room, dining room, and hall. I was astonished at the amount of gunk poured out in the dirty water. The 2X cleaning solution is obviously effective. It easily out-cleaned the professional service I had been using for several years and cleaned a section of carpet that the professionals could not get clean the last time. It even raised the nap for a softer feel. It took a couple of hours, and the machine can get a little tiring to use, but the results were certainly worth it. One more cleaning and it will have paid for itself. Glad I bought it!

We have had SS come out and clean the carpet after many years of pet traffic....Good job but not great. So I make a investment because we are selling our house and need the room to look its best. This machine is fantastic!!!! not only got up a ton of grime and mud, but smells and looks super clean. Highly recommend this to everybody. Frank Clinton Ct.

I have 3 large dogs & this machine makes the carpet look new. I love that it has 2 brush bars and 2 tanks for the clean & dirty water. Much nicer than the bladder style of the old ones. I used it for the first time today on my upholstered office chairs. What a breeze with the lift off. I love my new cleaning machine. Thank you Bissell for make another quality product.
