Love it! Auto chef has helped with the learning curve. Using cook pads with cast iron and enjoy using them again. My regular pots are also compatible. No scorching or scraping due to uneven heat. Easy clean with vinegar water!

Easy Transition From Gas to Induction

I used an induction hotplate during my kitchen renovation to help me to transition to induction cooking. Using the Bosch cooktop was even easier. I am amazed at how quickly everything cooks on my Bosch induction cooktop, not just boiling water. From bacon & eggs to grilled cheese, it's all quick and easy. I start out at 9, then adjust the numbers down and back up as needed. Occassionally, I have to be quick to avoid boil over, but if it does, it is easy to clean up. After having a gas stove with heavy grates, it's a breeze to clean the cooktop with a warm soapy sponge cloth.

What a Difference!

New to induction cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop is a learning curve for me. I am new to induction cooking having only cooked on electric my whole life. I was sold on the ability to 'join' two burners to cook larger items and the quick heat up for boiling water. I am looking forward to learning how to cook many new things on this appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good product. It was also one of the rare induction, smooth, cooktops in production and available at the time of purchase. Go, Bosch! I would have preferred it in white because it's easier to clean (or perhaps a stainless steel color). The black leaves an unwelcomed, oily shine no matter how well you clean it. The WiFi feature is unnecessary for me and I don't plan to use it. I really like how quickly it heats and cools back down and especially how it only heats where the induction-compatible cookware is placed. Super nice! The basic operation of this cooktop is intuitive making it easy to get used to.

Cooking with induction is a marvel. many of the tings we cook come out much better with induction. It has wifi, but I'm sure we will not use it. There is no need to start a cooktop when you are not around. THe app does not do anything except make it easier to register your purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the product overall. Its sleek and very modern. WiFi Setup was easy and nice . Would surely prefer an App that can be used to operate the appliance. I also wish the cooktop was wider than 36 inches. My wife's likes to cook and we have big pots that do not fit on the burners all the time. But we still love the product and technology.
