Loving it so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved and the new house had a gas range, so annoying to cook with after having inductive, no real control of heat, just a knob that you try to guess how hot it will be and boiling water, bring a book. So glad to be back to inductive, super fast and precise and can't light my house on fire and don't have to deal with emissions from burning gas in my house. I chose the 800 series as I like the half increments on the power scale to be even more precise, water boils so quick and it looks very nice all black on my black granite. No issues so far, the wifi connection I don't find super useful but it is nice that you get a phone alert when the timer expires and hoping to get a new power downdraft unit from Bosch which will let me pair them so it goes up and done when you turn burners on and off, then the wifi will be really nice to link the appliances together.

Lot of space for a family of 6

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great upgrade from our old ceramic cooktop with plenty fo space for cooking multiple dishes at once. I also appreciate that the hum of the induction is much quiteter compared to some older models I have used.

The only stove I've ever been able to keep clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i was young i had an electric stove with the coils. When I got my first house I had a gas stove. My gas stove was great. Thousands of meals and still kicking. But boy were these old stoves a hassle to clean. Usually, they just stay dirty, and oily, and crumby.
The Bosch i bought for my upgraded new kitchen was a bit of a splurge. I'm not really using the smart features yet, just the standard stove. I'll get into the smart stuff later when i want to try it for some complicated things like sauces. But using it for the past few months for just typical cooking has been magical. it heats up extremely fast. it maintains temperature steadily. It's quiet with only a small hum or buzz at the highest settings. And it's compact. I could fit a whole set of pans storage under it. The biggest thing, i think , is it's a breeze to clean. I got cooktop cleaner made specially for the glass. Because the glass top itself doesn't get very hot it doesn't carbonize material onto the surface. That means that at worst you're just doing a gentle pressure to remove anything that's been cooked by radiative heat from the pan. No more greasy trough of oil and crumbs. no more carbonized burner grates. Just a clean, effective, efficient and safe cooking surface.
I use AllClad D3 and a set of cast iron. They work great. Basically can't recommend this enough. The smart features might be great, but the real win how easy it is to clean because you're cooking with magic magnets.

Spectacular Bosch Induction cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We would never be without our Bosch Induction cooktop. That is how much we love it. It took a little bit of work to find the best cookware but after that, we just kept liking induction more and more. Even something as simple as boiling water was faster on the cooktop than on the microwave. New users will need to adjust their preparation to work with the faster cooking time of induction. Try it, you will like it once you get over the initial learning.

Bosch 800 Series Induction Cooktop - love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We switched from a gas cooktop to this WiFi Bosch induction cooktop and are so impressed that it heats up even faster than the gas cooktop burners. Our primary reason for buying induction was for the WiFi connectivity that provides safety features we need. We are older and were forgetting to turn off our gas burners, which led us to decide to replace gas with a WiFi induction cooktop that we can control remotely via a phone app. This safety feature provides peace of mind when we leave the house now. While WiFi was our priority function when we selected the Bosch cooktop, its simple design with burners that heat up very quickly, as well as ease of cleanup make this unit just perfect for us. We are more than satisfied with the Bosch induction cooktop with WiFi.
