A welcomed learning curve!

We are still learning but so impressed with the speed and efficiency of this unit. Not to mention eliminating the unintended heat from an electric cooktop and the possibility of leaving a burner on when not in use. We could not be happier with this choice. Than you Bosch!

In short, while there are new things to learn, the cooktop performs very well. It is an improvement over my standard electric cooktop. I would buy it again given the choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've used our 800 Series induction cooktop for about a month and it is revolutionary. After the initial learning curve, the experience has been very positive. I thought I'd never prefer any electrical cooking vs gas as a poitive, but I was wrong. Food cooks faster and with less heat generation. Bosch is also very high quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!
