[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I totally love my 500 series induction cooktop. Everything heats fast and quickly responds to lowering the temperatures. Pan clean-up is easier, there is less sticking of food than on my old electric coil burners. I like the range of burner sizes - 4 burners is sufficent for me and there is a large one for my big frying pan and stock pot. Mostly I can just wipe the surface clean with a little soapy water, and I bought the Bosch hob cleaner for weekly cleaning or spills. It doesn't hurt that I got a new set of pots, first ever completely new set, and a couple of new pans - some of mine transferred to induction without a problem. No regrets at all switching to induction. I researched extensively and decided Bosch was the best choice.
