Very disappointed all around

The oven never seems to get to the temperature we are expecting, and has occasionally not actually heated when we use the oven function. Then recently one of the clips that holds the rack broke and today the turn table wheels started sparking and caught fire!!!

Microwave plate stopped turning 3 months

The microwave table stopped turning after 3 months. When a cook is cancelled, if you don't hit "Clear" the inside light stays on, why?
