Alright product when it worked

The convection microwave was alright when it worked, but just 8 months after we purchased it the convection mode will not heat the oven any more. Before the oven seemed to cook more slowly than we were expecting, so maybe one heating element was busted and now the other one just gave out too? Either way hoping the warranty department can get the issue resolved since we haven’t even had it for a year

We are very pleased with the looks and features of our new Forno microwave. Just wondering if there is a backlight feature for the panel controls? It’s difficult to see the panel control buttons unless we turn on all the kitchen lights. We have it mounted under the island countertop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am happy with this microwave convection oven's appearance, quality, and performance. It can accommodate a standard-size cookie sheet. Using the convection setting, I successfully baked two standard round-pan cakes.

European electrical plug

Had custom cabinets made for a kitchen full of Forno appliances. Installing microwave/ convection oven and find we have an odd shaped plug. 2 flat prongs with a single round but one of the flat prongs are turned 90 degrees. Instead of pointing NS on both flat prongs one points EW. Is this normal.?? Didn't see anything about this in the instructions?
