Poor microwave

We bought this microwave because it matched our Forno oven and we wanted something that was undercounter. Unfortunately, it has not performed well. It fails to heat things consistently and even struggles to make popcorn. I would not recommend.

Looks amazing. Worked fine, until guests in our rental unit started complaining that it would not heat items up. Have personally replicated this once, by chance, but it's a huge headache now as we need to get it fixed to not inconvenience guests. No idea what is wrong, and it's barely 1 year old, very lightly used. Very frustrating. Would expect much better from such an expensive piece of kit.
