Stove top melted while cooking. Was using proper cookware while cooking beans, smelt something burning, moved the pot and the glass had melted.

This has been a great stove top and oven combo! I love how simple it is. No fancy bells and whistles, I control it all. I do wish I'd known the interior is a little shorter depth wise, I can't put 2 9x13 pans side by side in the oven, the door won't close. Other than that it's been wonderful!
