Disappointing

Although the cooking surface indicates differing diameters, it seems the actual area heated are identical regardless. Each burner seems to heat a donut shaped ring about 5 inches diameter with a relatively cooler centre. This makes frying very frustrating as the fry pan temperature is highly inconsistent. It is less of a problem when cooking sauces.

We have had the cooktop since October 9, 2022 and like it very much. Two days ago, the back large bunrer was set at "9" for about 15 seconds when suddenly I heard a loud pop sound. The surface had cracked. We have not used it since and we need a repaired or replaced cooktop as soson as possible. We rely on it.

Until two days ago, item worked well. Then, when it was on setting "9", there was a loud bang and the surface cracked.

Very good Cooktops with good price, love it. It is my first time to buy appliance from this company, and my doubts were totally cleared out after I have been using this for a few months.
