Not the easiest to use and has a loud hum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior to my purchase I had a different brand cooktop with the griddle option and loved it. With my purchase I made sure i had the same griddle option. My only complaint about the frigidaire brand is when I use the griddle option it makes a noise like a humming/whistling fan like a mini jet engine. I was not expecting that since my last cooktop did not do that. Slightly disappointing.
It is very simple to clean, water and a soft cloth. cleaners leave streaks.
I'm still getting the hang of increasing and decreasing temperature settings on the individual burners. My old cooktop had a plus and minus button to increase or decrease temp for each burner. The frigidaire i just purchased has a "slide" function for increasing or decreasing burner temp which sounds great but is not as easy to use and is some times tempermental.
Cook times have siginificantly decreased with my new cooktop and I love how quickly the burners cool to the touch.
So I would say this cooktop is not perfect, but still very nice.

Not Happy at All!

It is very shiny and shows finger prints. Requires thorough cleaning (easy enough) whenever it is touched. It only supports one bridge setup. All in all, it is an excellent value.

Great buy for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooktop is attractive and sleek. I wish it had the option of 1/2 increments in heating and a low setting for keeping food warm. It heats up quickly and is easy to clean. Installation was pretty easy however it did require a foam all around the under edges so the glass didn't sit right on top of the granite counter top.

Very Nice Induction Cooktop!

This unit is nice with a spacious surface top and plenty of elements. Cooking for Thanksgiving was a breeze with this unit. It is quiet and easy to operate. It is also easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this cooktop for about a month. It is absolutely gorgeous. I was concerned the super shiny glass would be difficult to keep free of smudges, but all it takes is a light spray with vinegar, water, and a paper towel. Since the induction cooktop never gets terribly hot, I can start cleanup almost as soon as I finish cooking. The temperature controls to a little getting used to, but now that I have it down, I like the range of temperature control from less than a simmer to a raging boil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install, heats fast. I was surprised how many of my old pans were still usable. My only negative is the touch controls are somewhat hard to use when my hands are wet or covered with grease. Cooktop is much easier to clean than the Old smooth top.

Induction cooktop with no stainless trim, choose this over the Gallery model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes a little getting used to licking in the temperature setting, but I do really like the cooktop. One disappointment is my salesman told me there was no difference in this one vs the Gallery with the stainless trim other than the trim. Not so. There are fewer features on the settings. Even my instruction sheet that came with it has instructions for the additional features, which is deceiving because the lock works differently on this lower model. That was frustrating to get instructions that don’t match your model. Frigidaire needs to update the instruction sheet to the features on this model! It seems to cook well thus far. And it’s easy to clean with no control knobs and no trim.
