Very Nice Induction Cooktop!

This unit is nice with a spacious surface top and plenty of elements. Cooking for Thanksgiving was a breeze with this unit. It is quiet and easy to operate. It is also easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just switched from gas to induction and I love the change. The burners have more power and the 10 heat levels give me a lot of control. It's easy to keep clean. The arrangement of burners is convenient. The handles of my cast iron pans stay cool while I'm cooking so I no longer need to whip out the pot holders. Lots of little advantages; don't miss the gas burners at all.

Great buy for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cooktop is attractive and sleek. I wish it had the option of 1/2 increments in heating and a low setting for keeping food warm. It heats up quickly and is easy to clean. Installation was pretty easy however it did require a foam all around the under edges so the glass didn't sit right on top of the granite counter top.

Very good induction cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is now my 4th induction cooktop in 5 years (and 3 different homes). This l the first was on a slide-in range and worked very well, the second was a very high end cooktop only that was flawless, the 3rd was a completely dysfunctional cooktop (Thor brand) that only heated the inner 5 inch diameter and did so inconsistently. I disconnected myself and returned it the first month, it was so bad. This Frigidaire model was the replacement. It was on sale from a mid range price and got decent reviews. I took a change and am glad I did. It works great and looks good too. My only complaint is when using the dual burners for griddle cooking the back heats higher than the front. Side from that, it functions as induction is meant to and I'm happy to be cooking evenly again.

We were concerned with using gas/propane due to emitting fuel fumes into our home when cooking so we decided to go with the induction cooktop instead. It's great! And it's fast too. Like boiling a pot of water is almost instant where before we had to wait 10 minutes. Very cool!

It is very shiny and shows finger prints. Requires thorough cleaning (easy enough) whenever it is touched. It only supports one bridge setup. All in all, it is an excellent value.
