[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new ovens are attractive and the controls are easy to operate; however, the exhaust on convection bake blows out a swift gale of hot air which will blow out a fireplace match at 18". The oven temperature is not consistent. It begins at the set temperature and cools off during cooking taking longer than recommended to cook the food. There is only one oven light located on the left side making the right side very dark. The oven handle is not wrapped on the back side with the plastic covering so the oven handle is uncomfortable to the touch--rough and scratchy. I am working hard to adjust to these deficits in the ovens.

One possible reason why the convection oven lowers the temperature is because convection cooks food faster; common advice is to reduce the temperature by 25°F and expect foods to be done about 25 percent sooner. Depending on your oven, it may default to a lower temperature when using convection, but you can override that function. Quiet Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought my wall oven there was no mention that the timer alarm is so quiet you can only hear it if you are standing in front of the oven. Also the oven turns off when the timer turns on. Horrible combination. Had I known these two features came with the oven I would not have purchased it.

Awesome Oven

We’ve bakes cakes, cookies and bread as well as a casserole. It’s so nice to be able to bale two completely different things at different temps at the same rime
